Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.01 with Service Pack 2 Updates

Top Support Issues
- Secure lock sign disappears while connected to a secure page.
While connecting to a secure Web site, the security key in the status bar would occasionally disappear, making users think they are no longer secure when in fact they are.
- Left-most part of the status bar is not wide enough.
The left portion of the status bar was too narrow for users to be able to view some long URLs.
- Interface language defaults to English in country-specific locales.
